We are focused on small luxury hotels or properties which are capable of moving into this class with more capital or expertise. We have the flexibility to address the individual needs of the parties and provide all of the expertise necessary to see a transaction to a conclusion.
We are particularly interested in investing to support successful management teams who either aim to buy the hotels they manage or seek out other targets for acquisition.
Examples of ideal investment situations include:
Owners or developers who are looking to sell all or part of the hotel to a new owner who will develop the property in a sympathetic manner;
An owner who has significant wealth tied up in the property and now wishes to realise some or all of this whilst still being involved in the management of the property;
A management team whose owners are ‘hands-off' and who is now looking to create long-term value for itself either by purchasing the hotel in partnership with us or by combining its skills with those of Grant Capital Hotels to identify and purchase other properties.
